Council may establish governance policies addressing, among other matters, the appointment, composition, quorum and procedures for the Registration Committee, Registration Review Committee, Competence Committee, the Nursing Education Program Approval Committee, registers for non-regulated members, and rights and privileges of categories of regulated and non-regulated members.
